Chinese Mutual Aid Association

On May 5th, Chinese Mutual Aid Association held an event called Family Reading Night. The topic of discussion tonight was Handgun Violence. About fifty (50) children attended with many of their parents. Discussion was held and questions were asked and answered. This event was sponsored by the Ainsle branch of the Chicago Public Library. Librarians gave Chinese Mutual Aid Association Literacy Program about 70 books that night to children who wanted them. Chinese Mutual Aid Association is proud to be a part of the charitable kindness of the Chicago Public Library and its branch staff.
