Senior Birthday Party – May 11th
On May 11th, The Golden Age Club of the Chinese Mutual Aid Association held a Senior’s Birthday Party function that was held at Furama Restaurant located at 4936 N Broadway in Chicago. There were over 260 people at this event which lasted about 3 hours. Golden Age Club hosted this event that was funded by the participants. Johnson Wong spoke at the function and acknowledged everyone for coming to this popular event. This event is a celebration of Parent’s Day and also Senior’s birthdays that range from January to the end of June. There will be another Senior’s birthday event held in September that will incorporate Senior’s birthdays that range from July 1st through December 31st. This event will be held again at Furama Restaurant on September 21st.
