Legal Advice /Social Security Advice/ Lakeland Rehabilitation Center Information - July 30th
On July 30th, from 10am until noon, the Golden Age Club will host an event that will cover the following topics: Legal Advice, Social Security Advice, and Alden Lakeland Rehabilitation Center and Healthcare Facility information. Food will be served at noon and the cost will be $6 for non-members, but free for members.
The event will be held at Chinese Mutual Aid Association in the lower level. There is only room for 100 people to attend, so if you plan to attend, please contact Johnson Wong at 773-784-2900 and reserve your place at the event.
Representatives from Emergency Management & Communications Office (City of Chicago) will be there as well as representatives from the Assistant State Attorney's Office. A representative from Alden Lakeland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center will also be there to answer questions as well as to educate you about their facility.
