WHAT TO BRING:

• Alien card
• Driver's license or photo ID
• Address in last 5 years
• Date in and out of the country in last 5 years
• $680.00 money order or check (application fee to INS)
• 2 Immigration Pictures

WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday
     9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Last Saturday of Every Month:
     10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
