On Saturday, June 20, 2009, CMAA staff in conjunction with immigration lawyers from the DePaul Legal Clinic will be holding a workshop regarding fee waivers for the citizenship application. These fee waivers will assist clients who have difficulties with paying the costs of naturalization. The workshop will explain who qualifies for these fee waivers and how they are obtained. Furthermore, it will also discuss how to petition for family members living in their home countries in order to assist them in gaining citizenship. The workshop will run from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
