Chinese Mutual Aid Association

CMAA holds regular training sessions for its Home Care Aide (Homemakers) in Chinese and Vietnamese. Home Care Aides assist homebound seniors with various tasks to enable the clients to remain in their own homes. The trainings help participants improve their skills in performing their duties which include:

Class starts: May 17th, 2010
Class schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

You will learn to conceptualize and deal with the most common technical problems associated with computers. Gain the skills necessary to build, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, and to have a firm understanding of system software.

藉由本課程，您將可以學習到如何解決日常性的電腦修理技能。更可以學習到如何組裝、設置、以及維修電腦硬件，還可以學習到電腦系統軟件的知識。

A+ 認證 -- COMPTIA
CompTIA A+ 認證是電腦界標準認證，用以證明初級電腦技師之一般性的電腦維修技術。持有CompTIA A+ 認證的電腦技術士，一定具備有主要電腦硬件以及系統軟件的廣博知識及技術，技術層面包括組裝、設置、偵錯、維修以及基礎網路概念。

Nineteen students completed the Certified Nurse Assistant training program and received certificates of completion at CMAA on Saturday, December 13^th. After the presentation, proud students and their family members celebrated with a feast!

Six students attended the graduation and party for the completion of the A+ Certification class on December 11, 2008, after successfully completing their 100 hours of training.
