Ashley Eng is thrilled to join CMAA as the Administrative Coordinator for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the only Asian American-led SBDC in Illinois. A proud South Side Chicago native, Ashley is dedicated to empowering BIPOC entrepreneurs and creating meaningful connections that strengthen communities. Ashley is also a mentor for CMAA's Young Women Warriors Program. 

Ashley holds a degree from the Wisconsin School of Business, with concentrations in International Business and HR Management, as well as certificates in Entrepreneurship and Asian American Studies. She also has conversational skills in Cantonese and Spanish. Previously, Ashley served as a Youth Program Coordinator and Youth Business Coach at a social entrepreneurship nonprofit in Madison, Wisconsin. During her time at CEOs of Tomorrow, Ashley taught the fundamentals of business and social entrepreneurship to underrepresented communities, not just in Madison, but also in the nation, The Gambia and Sierra Leone. Her commitment to fostering inclusive growth and community development is at the heart of her professional journey.

Fun Fact: While Ashley loves dancing, she also has a passion for fitness and Muay Thai!
