Dr. Li serves as the Chief Operating Officer at St. Augustine College in Chicago. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she advances the mission of the College, which is the first bilingual, private higher education institution in the Midwest, founded in 1980.

Prior to St. Augustine College, Dr. Li served as the Vice President of Finance for PCMA, the world’s largest community for Business Events Strategists and has 17 North American Chapters, regional communities in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, and members in 59 countries, as well as the Senior Director of Finance and Treasurer of Medexus Pharma, Inc.

Dr. Li earned her PhD in Communications Studies from Northwestern University and her B.A. from Xi An Jiao Tong University, Xi An, China. Her certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Illinois. Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), certified by National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

Dr. Li lives in Westmont with her family. In her free time, Dr. Li enjoys gardening, reading, jogging, swimming, ice skating, skiing, and badminton. Dr. Li has been volunteering with Northwestern University as an alumni interviewer of students applying to the University.
