Lang brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and strategic financial expertise to the Board of Directors. As the founder of Organize, Protect & Grow Your Wealth LLC, an independent wealth management firm, he advises high-net-worth clients and serves as the primary Wealth and Tax Advisor for three private family foundations, ensuring fiscal sustainability, regulatory compliance, and donor stewardship. Prior to establishing his firm, Lang held key operational and leadership roles at industry-leading organizations, including Edward Jones, Heartland Alliance, Walgreens, United Airlines, and Andersen Consulting.

As an immigrant himself, Lang is deeply committed to community empowerment and civic engagement. A member of the CMAA's Board of Directors since 2017, his extensive non-profit leadership spans roles as Trustee, CFO, Treasurer, and Director across numerous organizations, including the Kiwanis Club of St. Charles, Vietnamese Evangelical Church of Winfield, Walgreens Asian Network, the Economic Development Committee of Campton Hills, Wheaton Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, and Changing Children's World Foundation.

Lang is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He resides in Algonquin with his wife, and they are the proud parents of three adult children pursuing higher education and medical residency.
