Micheal Valdez is a seasoned financial services professional with over 30 years of expertise in strategic planning, team building, and product development. As the co-founder and past president of the Business Resource Council at Northern Trust Company, Micheal has made significant contributions to addressing the needs of the Asian community, both internally and externally. With a long-standing commitment to volunteering, he has served with the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) for over 20 years. 

 

Currently, Micheal plays a vital role as Treasurer and a lead member of the 2025 National Leadership Conference Sponsorship Team. His extensive experience and leadership in both the financial services and nonprofit sectors have made him an invaluable asset to his community and industry.
