As a Youth Program Coordinator, Ngan is responsible assisting the manager of the Youth Department in facilitating several programs such as the After School Program, Youth Summer Camp, Young Women Warriors (YWW) program, and more, engaging with youth ages 6-18 years old at CMAA.

 

Ngan also manages all volunteers for the After School Program and CMMAA Youth Summer camp, including teens (ages 14-18) and adults. ​Ngan has been with CMAA since September 2001 as a client, then a volunteer and continued to stay involved with CMAA throughout her college career through YWW.

 

After college, she joined the CMAA staff in May 2017. Her favorite thing about CMAA are the children in the Youth Department. Ngan graduated from Knox College with a bachelors degree in Theatre and Biology.​
