Program Manager at Chicago Sister Cities International (CSCI),

Troy Choi is a Program Manager at Chicago Sister Cities International (CSCI), the flagship international program of World Business Chicago (WBC) that administers the City of Chicago’s 28 international sister city relationships. In addition to his full-time position at WBC, he is an officer in the Army Reserves. Prior to joining WBC, he was an active-duty Army Officer.

​Troy grew up in the Chicago suburbs and was heavily involved in Korean Drumming and Taekwondo growing up. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, pottery, boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, and spending time with his dog, Jaeger.
