Caroline has been with CMAA since 2018 and has served as the Assistant Manager of Education and Employment since 2020. 

 

Caroline's work in adult education first began as an ESL instructor in Ecuador, where she lived for three years. After moving back to Chicago, she continued teaching ESL until starting to work as an administrator at Oakton Community College, where she coordinated the Adult Basic Education and volunteer tutor programs for three years. Currently, she oversees adult education programming in Chicago, Elgin, and for CMAA's consortium, as well as workforce development programming in Chicago. Caroline's favorite part of working at CMAA is the people; she loves working with such a diverse group of staff and clients and helping community members. 

 

FUN FACT | Outside of work, Caroline can be found chasing her dog and/or her daughter, trying new recipes, or watching episodes of The Great British Baking Show.
