Joining CMAA in May of 2022, Jordan is the Senior Coordinator of Development. As a part of the development team, Jordan works on anything and everything which might maintain or expand the capabilities and services of CMAA including working with grants, organizing events, facilitating individual gifts, and coordinating community engagement.
Jordan has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations including time as an archivist at the Old Fort Meade Museum, an organizer with the South Dakota Democratic Party, and a policy researcher with Blackroots Alliance. Jordan received a BA in Political Science and History from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago with certificates in Global Conflict Studies and Markets & Regulations. He is also proficient in Russian. An avid science-fiction fan, Jordan can often be found in book and game stores prowling for new volumes for his to read/play pile.
FUN FACT | In spite of graduating from a top university, Jordan failed Kindergarten.
